It's really shameful!! You rent a car from them and you pay, then you find yourself with another car, totally different and with fewer options than you chose. Then when you contact customer service they don't give you any answers. I had a bad experience with them. They are not professional at all. You have to be careful and wary. The car I reserved on the web is a 2022 model or later, they brought me another car from 2017! You also have to be careful with the deposit. Another thing, on the website it shows you that payment is by card, so when you arrive they don't accept credit cards. They demand cash. A word of advice, avoid this company.
