Very good. The car was in perfect condition, very clean. Everything went perfectly!
When I picked up the car, the gentleman was very nice. It was raining and it was before 11:00 PM. He said I had half a tank of gas, but the LPG tank was empty, and I needed to fill up. I was in a hurry because I had to be at the hotel by midnight. I didn't thoroughly inspect the car, believing it would be fine and that the nice guy wouldn't cheat me. As soon as I started driving, the check engine light and SRS error code came on. I ignored the problem because I was in a hurry to get to the hotel. The car is running, so that's the most important thing. The car was pulling very hard to the right. When I saw the car in the morning, I was in shock. The check engine light and SRS error code were flashing, the tires were bald and 11 years old, the windshield wouldn't go down, and everything was smashed. But I think the Albanian gentleman is nice, so I'll stick with it for a few days. I drove very slowly, up to 70 km/h, even on the highway, because the tires were bald and the car brakes poorly. When I returned the car, another gentleman looked at it carefully, as if it were new, even though it was a 25-year-old Mercedes. But after a few minutes, he said everything was fine. He didn't want anything from us. The next day, the owner wrote that I had cheated him because I hadn't filled up the gas tank when it was empty. He went to a mechanic and put the car on a lift, saying I had damaged the end of his control arm. This is ridiculous. Maybe I'll even pay him to replace the shock absorber and repair the SRS. He's a fraud and a conman, demanding extra fees for normal wear and tear parts. I didn't wash the car. I wanted to pay when I returned it, but the man said it was fine and that I didn't want anything. If the owner wants to pay for the car wash, he should send me his account number in a message on rentfromlocals, and I'll send him €10. If you want an old, beat-up car with 11-year-old bald tires, rent from him.
Everything was great! Ferit was on time and friendly, and his communication was also excellent. The car handled the trip from Tirana to Saranda and back. The air conditioning worked great in the heat.

Everything was amazing! The car was smooth and clean and in great condition and very good with fuel economy! Ferith was great to work with, great communication and always available to help and answer any questions! We also had some issues with our timing and Ferith helped us a lot by bringing the car to a different pick up location for us! We can't wait come back to Albania and we will definitely use Feriths cars again! Great person, thanks again so much brother!

Hello, in first place, the car was perfect, all things mention in the description of the car is working as new! Car was clean and smell so nice! No km limit, good mileage on GPL! No hiden problems, no wird noise from the car!
In second place, Ferith, the guy who give us the car was so friendly, he provide us all the information that we need to travel in Albania. From Dhermi to Tirana on the way to the airport we have a flat tire, we have the spare tire in good condition!
Over all, the experience with the car and the owner was the best! 10/10!

These guys are the nicest people you can rent from.
I was almost an hour late coming out of the airport and still was greeted as if i was a member of these guys family.
No issues with the car.
Took me from point A to point B with no problems.
Car was very clean inside and out.
When it came to returning the car i had messaged Ferit but had fallen asleep from the trip.
He waited outside for me until i was ready and even though it was my fault for being late these guys did not change how they spoke with me.
The hospitality from these guys is unmatched.

Tutto è andato liscio, dal ritiro dell'auto a Tirana città alla restituzione in aeroporto. Nessun problema con la comunicazione, Ferit è persona disponibile ed affidabile, noleggerei nuovamente con lui.
