Overall, everything is positive, just a few nuances to consider.
The car was given dirty, we noticed it only the next day, because we received the car in the dark, when handing over the car we were tried to scold us for this, that we had returned a dirty car. They also did not want to return the deposit amount right away, we had to ask for it, and we gave euros, but they wanted to give back LEK. The car was handed over by one person, but another accepted it.
Good service and communication. Car came late for pick-up, had to wait but generally .
easy pick-up and easy drop-off, everything went well even though I got a small scratch on the bumper. I can highly recommend Glautoa car rental and I would gladly rent again the next time I come to Tirana. Our car was really nice and everything worked as it should. greetings from Denmark
All very good, the guys were very helpful, everything was done properly and had no issues whatsoever.
Things went good. Initially the car was dirty inside, not acceptable. They cleaned it additionally. Return process was ok as well.
When we arrived we got a completely different car than we rented. The car we got was completely broken and undriveable. When we wanted out money back the owner was being very difficult. I would not rent again from this renter.

It was very confusing in the beginning. I was presented with a document to sign that was written in Albanian. I refused to sign it and refused to pay until I had an English version. He sent me away with the car anyway and said he would come by my hotel in Tirana with an English version. I also wanted to se a written version of the insurance so we could sign that.
The next day I waited a couple of
Hours after our planned meeting time and when his employee turned up wanting to get paid but didn’t have the English documents.
I spoke to him on the phone and he agreed hence would take payment when I dropped off the car at the end of the rental period.
That is what we did.
Unfortunately I did not realize that I had done some body damage to the vehicle. We negotiated a cash settlement for the damage so no insurance claim was made.
Altogether the service and vehicle worked for my friend and I. But the system has to improve with the agreements and signatures.
Because of the damage there was no real savings for me.
He was very helpful but did go to the wrong location on pick up and bought a manual when we asked for an auto. Swapped our small Golf for a huge and very old Dodge Charger. Was told we would get the golf in a few days but had the charger for the week. Apart from that all good. Was good at communicating and trustworthy. Deposit returned and would use again.

Expérience très mitigée pour ne pas dire négative.
Premier point : Nous avions sélectionné sur l’application un point de retrait dans Tirana centre, le loueur nous envoie la veille un point de retrait à l’aéroport. Il a accepté de venir nous donner la voiture à Tirana centre mais avec un supplément de 10€.
Deuxième point : deux heures de retard pour amener la voiture. Nous avions réservé pour 9h, le loueur est arrivé pour 11h.
Troisième point : lors du rendu de la voiture, ce n’est pas la personne qui nous avait loué la voiture initialement qui est venu la récupérer mais deux hommes différents. Nous avons constaté qu’ils cherchaient le moindre petit détail pour garder la caution et au départ ils voulaient garder 50€ sur la caution car soit disant la voiture était « sale » (simplement de la poussière sur les vitres extérieures), il n’était mentionné nul part qu’il fallait laver l’extérieure de la voiture au karcher lors du rendu. Je tiens à précisé que nous avions loué une voiture sans dépôt de caution et lorsque les deux hommes s’en sont rendu compte ils se sont empressés de partir en nous disant que finalement tout était ok.
En dehors de ça la voiture louée était très bien.
Beaucoup de points négatifs, je ne recommande pas ce loueur.
