Our car had a weaker battery but it managed to do the whole trip.

Everything went very well. Flexible and nice support. We could arrange things just as needed and uncomplicated. Good service and very recommended!

Our experience with ilirs was mixed. The whole renting process was with some hiccups, but the worst was when we gave back the car. At the drop-off we realised there is a quite big mark on the car. We didn't notice it until then - our guess is someone scratched it while it was parked - but we were not nervous as we had the full insurance. But the clerk after some calls let us know that because we don't have the guy who made the scratch it is going to be a complicated situation and didn't give back our 100 euro deposit. Despite the fact that we paid for a full insurance. So as a general advice, look around your car every morning! After reaching out again from home we got the half of the deposit back.
