Good rental experience with Klaudio and his partner. They were always helpful and provided quick assistance when I needed. A true experience of a road trip on an older Mercedes model, something you cannot get from any big rental company.
Not recommended. The rental begun with the request for more money compared to what was foreseen by the platform. Moreover the camper's engine broke down during the trip and we received no compensation or refund for the inconvenience. We also had trouble quantifying the cost of a few scratches on the bodywork, we still had to pay for them despite the many inconveniences.

Mechanical issues can unfortunately happen with any vehicle, but assistance was provided. The scratches found on return were documented and repair costs applied fairly. We always aim for transparency and fairness with every customer.
Everything was perfect. Klaudior and his colleague is very arrangeant and nice with us, the car is very confortable and simple to drive. High reactivity, low price, i recommand to contact Klaudior for booking a car in Tirana.
Clavdio is a very reliable car rental company. Together with his wife, they are very flexible and try to accommodate every wish. The car was flawless and there were no problems with it. With them, we experienced Albania in all its most beautiful shades. They are very responsive, they can bring the car anywhere, I highly recommend it
