It is disappointing to see another inaccurate statement made about me as a customer.
To clarify:
The “premium delivery” they mention was simply the free Tirana Airport pick-up option available on the website. The company itself sent me the meeting point by WhatsApp.
The check-engine light was on from the very moment I received the car – I have timestamped photos showing this. It did not appear later and had nothing to do with the fuel I used.
I was never informed about any “specific fuel stations”.
No “interior damage” was caused during my rental – this claim is entirely false.
I reported the check-engine issue within minutes after pick-up, but no replacement car was ever offered.
My rental agreement clearly listed a mileage limit, not “unlimited kilometers” as stated here.
I left an honest review based on my real experience. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging these facts, the company chose to respond with misleading accusations and now even a negative review directed at me.
I stand by what I wrote and can support every statement with evidence.
