Everything was good.
We had an excellent experience renting a car from Halim in Albania. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Halim was incredibly professional, punctual, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire process hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Everything went smoothly. The car was changed the day before but recieved notification and details of the change.
Drop off and pick up of the car was very quick and efficient

I was renting for 4 days.
+Process of renting was easy and convenient. Representative was waiting for me, the car was in good condition. Here I give them big plus.
Minuses:
- But day before my departure, representative started to freak out about 20€ park penalty which I should have paid right away. Here is big minus;
-they give you the car with almost empty tank and you should give back the same. I with my family planned to drive a lot, but we couldn't, so half of tank left in the car.
I'm sorry for you, because we tried to help as much as possible, but you don't tell everything as it is, you don't want to pay the fine, you brought the car back no washing, we no asked for something, because of the fuel. for you we have a negative opinion because you are not correct, this comment should also be seen by our colleagues rent cars.

Tutto bene, macchina consegnata come da accordi! Non era disponibile quella prenotata ma ce n'è stata fornita un' altra e ci hanno aspettato sia alla consegna che al ritiro della macchina! Unica pecca il sedile del guidatore non si poteva regolare.
Having read many bad reviews online about other companies I was a little concerned with hiring a car for our holiday. I then found rent from locals and Halims. Everything was easy and communicated through Whatsapp. I couldn't have asked for the process to be any easier and would definitely recommended using his services. There were no issues with dropping the car off and he was very reasonable with a parking ticket I received during the trip. I simply paid him the money on drop off. Thank you again

Todo perfecto. Nos acercaron el coche al aeropuerto y lo pudimos devolver en la estación de autobuses, ya que íbamos a coger uno al norte del país. Comunicación fluida. Recomendable 100%.
The car I rented had issues before delivery so they provided a different one. Even though it was older, it worked flawless and I had a comfortable and safe trip. Delivery and return was very flexible and easy.

I don’t recommend this person, one day before arriving they changed the car and gived me a bigger and an older one. Then the car has lots of miles and the real problem was the tires, they were in really bad shape causing vibrations in the steering wheel that make the driving very uncomfortable. Also the brakes sound very high like braking with the iron of the brake pads.
And on top of that, at the owner charged us an extra of 10€ when the car was completely CLEAN. Be careful he’ll charge the money of cleaning yes or yes on top of price.

Everything went very well! The car I originally booked was not available, but I got an alternative, it was delivered very clean, there is a 5 EUR cleaning fee, or you can bring it clean and not pay that fee, but I prefered paying the fee. The car worked perfectly, drove very well, no isses at pick up or when returning the car, locks and everything works perfectly, fully recommended experience and very nice seller! If we visit Albania again would work again with halims!
