Everything was good, we wait about 1h for pick up, but they communicated with us all the time, so it wasn’t dissapoiting. Just good to know, if you are in hurry. I really apriciate the option, of pick up around 1-2 a.m. Returning of car went really quicky. I reccomend to take a detail photos of car and all demages, when you pick up the car.

We received information that the car we booked had broke and Halim found another one very quickly. We got a nicer car, in a decent condition that did well on Albanian roads. Pick up and return went smoothly, no issues at all. Very recommended!

Wszystko w porządku. Otrzymałem lepszy samochód niż rezerwowałem, oczywiście za tą samą, niższą cenę. Obsługa bardzo miła. Przytrafił mi się mandat za parkowanie, poprosiłem Halima o opłacenie, ja mu potem zwróciłem pieniądze. Wszystko bezproblemowo. Polecam. Za rok wypożyczę jeszcze raz samochód, oczywiście od Halima.

We are a family of four including two children aged 8 and three years old. We got the Vehicle from Halims including the child seat on time as described from Sarande. Our Vehicle was an automatic- Honda and it was it great condition. Halims also picked the vehicle from Tirana airport at 3:40 Am which we greatly appreciated. We would book from Halims again. Just an area of improvement- Please respond to messages especially - when we tried to contact for the first time 5-7 days before the vehicle pick up- as I was not aware that it is acceptable in Albania to send response only 3 days before the pick up etc. Just a confirmation would have allowed us to be relaxed especially when we are travelling with children during peak tourist season.

Le voyage c’est très bien passé, halims est resté joignable à n’importe quelle heure du jour ou de la nuit. La voiture était propre et en bon état globalement!! De base nous devions avoir une golf 5 mais elle s’est retrouvée au garage donc il nous a proposer une solution très rapidement pour un autre véhicule. Rien à dire je recommande
