I rented a Toyota Yaris on October 27th at Tirana Airport, and I was extremely satisfied. The car was clean, economical, and in excellent technical condition — very comfortable and pleasant to drive. The rental process was fast and easy, with no hidden fees. The service was polite and honest, and both pick-up and return of the car went smoothly and exactly on time.
I highly recommend this rental service and will definitely rent a car here again on my next trip to Albania ✨
Despite the absence of the reserved car (apparently due to a breakdown), the replacement was perfectly adequate. There were no issues with either pickup or return, and the price-to-comfort ratio of the vehicle was more than reasonable! Highly recommended!

Great rental company. The gentleman who rented us the car was very polite. We had a significant flight delay and there was no problem. The car was in perfect condition, no issues. The return was also very efficient and hassle-free. I highly recommend it!

Everything went well, but there are two defects in the car that need to be repaired. The brake light is always on, which is a danger to oncoming traffic, and one door doesn't lock properly and is always open. Otherwise, everything was great. Marse was very kind and pleasant. The car, although old, runs very well.
Tutto è andato benissimo, nessuna sorpresa. Marsek, al mio arrivo, si è fatto trovare nel parcheggio adiacente all'aeroporto di Tirana, puntuale con l'auto, così come previsto, l'ho contattato appena arrivata e mi ha risposto in tempi celeri, inviandomi la posizione su whatsapp, per raggiungerlo facilmente. Pagamento tutto come da predisposizione contrattuale. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la macchina il secondo giorno ma quando ho chiamato Marsek subito mi ha risposto e mi ha risolto il problema. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo lasciato l'auto nello stesso parcheggio con chiavi all'interno ecc, tutto come da indicazioni ed è stato altrettanto comodo. Consiglio vivamente il servizio, è andato tutto per il meglio. Marsek persona seria, disponibile e gentile. L'unico problema è stato sul sito online poichè non mi ha fatto caricare le foto di quando ho preso l'auto e di quando l'ho lasciata, non so se per blocco portale o connessione , ma per fortuna anche in questo caso non ho avuto problemi con il proprietario.
I rented a blue Toyota Yaris for a week. The car was handed over to us in an appalling state – absolutely filthy inside and out. According to the contract I signed, the fuel tank was supposed to be full on collection and returned full by me. However, the tank was a quarter empty, which I had to pay for myself, and petrol in Albania is considerably more expensive than in Spain, my home country.
I strongly advise against renting from this man. He showed neither diligence nor decency in providing the car in a safe and proper condition. On the very second day, one of the tyres burst on a normal tarmacked road. I was fortunate not to have an accident on a bend, but our lives were put at serious risk because the vehicle was supplied with tyres in such poor condition.
When this happened, Marsek (the owner) took an unreasonably long time to reply to my WhatsApp messages. When he finally did, his manner was extremely rude and arrogant. He told us to return all the way to Tirana airport (from Osumi Canyon) so that he could refund the money. This suggestion was not only impractical but also reckless, as it is common sense that such a distance cannot be driven on a spare tyre.
After wasting almost an entire day waiting for a solution and driving on the spare, he eventually sent us to a garage. There, the mechanics themselves confirmed the tyres were dangerous and insisted on changing two of them. We had to pay for this ourselves, despite having taken out fully comprehensive insurance. This left us almost without cash and cost us a whole day of our holiday, meaning we missed many of the sights we had planned to see.
To make matters worse, on the day of returning the car, he demanded that we wash it – despite the fact that it had been given to us in a disgraceful state. At no point did he apologise, which should have been the bare minimum after everything that happened.
My honest advice, based on experience, is that what looks cheap at first will end up being very costly and stressful. Do not rent from this man. He is clearly only interested in making money at any cost, even if it means endangering people’s safety. I strongly recommend choosing another provider – preferably one without numerous reviews mentioning constant breakdowns and unsafe vehicles.

first of all, I am sorry you sound so upset. On the other hand, it’s impossible for me not to reply to these complaints, because most of them are simply untrue. I pride myself in being an honest person and all of my clients will attest to this. Let me go point by point:
1. The car was not filthy, it had some dust spots outside because it had been raining that day. The rain not only formed those spots, but it also meant that every car washing place was closed, making it impossible to give the car clean, which is always the case with me. In any case, I drew a line at the part of the contract requiring the car being clean upon return, CLEARLY telling you that the car is not to be returned clean.
2. According to the contract (and there are photos uploaded here on the page) the tank has to be returned AT THE SAME LEVEL, it doesn’t matter if it’s initially full, half full, or quarter full. The price of petrol is really a very strange point, everywhere in the world the user of the car is responsible for paying for the gas he/she is using.
3. A tyre bursting is the most normal thing that could happen, but here what you say is simply not true. First, you drove for miles with the BURST TYRE, not the spare one, endangering the car and most importantly yourselves. I have responded to you within minutes (I still have the wapp conversation) and told you to go to the nearest mechanic (also giving you a location), fix the tyre and I’’ reimburse you for everything.
Now we come to the most important point. Upon your return, I reimbursed you absolutely everything you paid for the tyre. Why do you have to say that you paid for it? Problems happen in all forms or shapes, but we are here to resolve them, not make them what they are not.
I really hope this was a heat of the moment review and not a well thought-out opinion. In any case, hope to see you again, wishing for a better experience.
