Nice and easy
Everything was better than you can imagine. We arrived after 2am. Our luggage was delayed at pick-up. Despite everything, Marsek met us, sent photos and videos so that it would be easy for us to find the place where he had parked to meet us. Very pleasant communication, simple, fast, explained everything and explained the nuances. I highly recommend Marsek. It was a pleasure to work with him. Next time I will know what to look for .

We had problems with locking trunk door, but got a new car. Then we couldnt start the car so we had to leave it beside the road, but the owner came to give us another car - better than we paid for and no extra charge. One of the doors wouldnt lock, but otherwise was very good! Very much recommend full insurance, the service was good. Next time we wouldnt take Toyota Yaris, but Wolkswagen golf instead.
