Premièrement, la voiture que j'ai utilisé est proche du statut d'épaves, avec un pneu en crevaison lente que je dû à plusieurs reprises regonfler, mais s'il n'y avait que ca encore...
Deuxièmement, je suis tombé en panne un matin en voulant reprendre la route, la voiture ne voulait plus démarrer et là a commencé la vrai galère.
Déjà n'imaginez pas une seul seconde qu'ils vont vous dépanner, ou vous remplacer la voiture, ils vous le disent clairement, personne ne va venir, vous allez vous débrouiller tout seul. Super pratique quand vous êtes au milieu que de nul part.
La voiture était tellement dans un mauvaise état qu'il aurait fallut que je me gare sur un terrain complètement plat, alors que j'étais sur une légère côte, incroyable, du jamais vu. Évidemment on vous dit ca qu'après et on vous en impute la faute, qu'elle audace!
Apres 6 heures d'attentes, un accord est trouvé pour qu'ils fassent venir un dépanneur, il était convenu que l'on avance les frais du réparateur et qu'ils nous rembourse au retour de la location. Naïf et bloqué on paye, la bonne blague.
ILS NE VOUS REMBOURESERONT JAMAIS!
Ce sont des escrocs et des menteur, vous payerai pour dépanner leur épave.
Honnêtement ne perdez pas votre temps avec ce site, passez par des agences conventionnel, vous risquerez de gâcher vos vacances et d'avoir la boule au ventre à chaque fois que vous devriez démarrer votre voiture, ca n'en vaut vraiment pas le coups.
L'Albanie est un très beau pays et les gens sont pour la plupart extrême gentil, ne perdez pas votre temps avec eux.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Rented a car in a very bad condition with over 250.000 km. Flat tire and a missing emergency tire. They just take your money and give you cars in very very bad condition. I was asked to give 50 EUR for a scratch when i returned the car and they started to threat me not to fly if I don’t give the money.
WORST experience ever.
Everything went quite well but it should be noted that the car that touched us, was in very bad condition, finally, the car ended up seriously damage and this made it change all our planned route. The positive thing is that they brought us another replacement car. In short, it is recommended but I recommend that you check the car well before starting the trip.

Ho prenotato inizialmente una bmw pagando un acconto anticipatamente,sul posto mi hanno consegnato una Seat molto vecchia e rotta con tante spie accese e senza freni completamente,abbiamo fatto un incidente per colpa dell’auto poco efficiente e ci ha dato la colpa pur non avendola e abbiamo pagato 4000€ senza aver colpe e ci siamo fatti anche male,ci hanno sequestrati obbligandoci a pagare subito sennò saremmo dovuti rimanere con loro,a chiunque legga questo messaggio vi prego non affidatevi a questa persona perché vi manda ad uccidere

non e andato tanto bene. Quando abbiamo prenotato si trattava de una skoda rapid . arrivati a prendere macchina era un volkswagen vecchio, con parabrezza spaccato e tutta macchina volkswagen. i ho fatto vedere che parabrezza e spaccata ma a detto che e ok. in ultimo momento non potevamo fare niente. dove trovare un altra macchina. era puzzolente, aria condizionata non freddava e quando andavamo in salita si frenava e si ascendeva spia di feno mano. alla fine siamo tornati in aeroporto con macchina(anche si non credevamo che siajmo ritornati). dopo che i ho predato macchina mi ha mandato foto con parabrezza spaccata dicendomi si ho fatto io. menomale che ho fatto foto prima e i li ho mandato
We had a small problem with the amount of refridgerator fluid but nothing serious, simple maintainance to be expected for a vehicle, and otherwise had a battery failiure, owner stated that the battery was new but the garagist stated it was 5 years old.
