I was waiting for a while for person to come and give me a car, but in overall it was smooth and pretty quick

We got a different car than we ordered which would be ok if the car was in a good condition.
I would expect that the cars get some sort of basic control before being rented out to people who are coming to enjoy holidays.
Since the beginning a light was broken, then we had to buy car oil because the car was completely dry out, later on there was a problem with the cooler in the car, we had to buy coolant and stop for like 4 times within 1,5 hour journey from Vlora to Qerret to put water in the car, while the gentleman who rented us the car behaved as it was normal.
Since we were leaving next day to the airport and we were scared the car will have another issue we decided to go to the airport earlier only to find out in the morning the car’s batter is dead, so at 7 in the morning we had to look for someone to help us jump the battery.
We are renting a car anytime we go for a holiday somewhere and never experienced this. Really ruined our holiday.
Everything easy and straight forward, no issues at all , very nice person I was dealing with… very friendly and easygoing ..Pleasure to deal with.. I would highly recommend to anyone

Car had broken front seat belt wich is extremely dangerous in case of accident.
At the delivery we were informed that we will not be able to drive on dirt roads wich defeats the whole purpose of renting a 4wd vehicle.All of this was not mentioned prior delivery of the car wich is not correct.
The whole process went very smooth and easy. Communication was was very prompt and polite. Would highly recommend.
I recommend the company, easy contact, simple and fair conditions and good approach to the customer.

Abbiamo noleggiato l’auto per 5 giorni viaggiando da Tirana a Saranda. Non abbiamo avuto problemi a parte l’ultimo giorno in cui si è rotto l’alternatore dell’auto, cosa che può succedere a tutti. Il proprietario si è subito attivato per farci avere un’altra auto a Saranda in modo da poter rientrare a Tirana e ha risolto tempestivamente il problema. Consigliato

La Skoda Octavia que nous avons louée présentait de nombreux défauts graves : un phare grillé (ce qui nous a valu une interpellation par la police), une climatisation défaillante, plusieurs voyants d'alerte allumés en permanence, une ceinture de sécurité défectueuse, et une fumée noire s'échappant du pot d'échappement à chaque accélération. Malgré ces problèmes, la voiture roulait, mais c'est malheureusement le seul point positif.
Les routes en Albanie étant difficiles, et sans GPS (nos forfaits téléphoniques ne fonctionnant pas), nous avons accidentellement emprunté une route interdite par le contrat. Elle n'était pas asphaltée mais parfaitement praticable, et jamais nous n'avons eu conscience qu'elle était interdite, d'autant plus que nous y avons croisé de nombreux autres touristes avec des véhicules similaires.
Lors de la restitution, le propriétaire nous a immédiatement agressés verbalement, prétendant que la voiture était tracée par GPS et que nous avions délibérément choisi de prendre cette route. Il nous a ensuite exigé 500 euros en espèces pour des amortisseurs soi-disant endommagés, sans fournir aucune preuve. La violence verbale du propriétaire et de son acolyte était telle que nous avons craint que la situation ne dégénère physiquement (ce n'est pas une exagération).
En résumé, je déconseille fortement ce loueur.
PS : Si le propriétaire lit ce commentaire, essayez d’être moins agressif avec vos clients. Si un problème survient, un message WhatsApp pourrait éviter bien des malentendus, surtout dans un pays où la signalisation est limitée.
