The car and the delivery car were fine, rental office is near the airport. We didn´t understand each other because of the car wash. When we picked up the car we were told we didn't have to worry about it. When we returned the car, it wasn't washed and that was a problem. The car wash cost an additional 10 euros.

Kejdi did everything to facilitate things for us.
He waited in the office until late, when we arrived to the airport. He also helped us to solve an issue with the car the last day and provided assistance. He's a nice guy and great football fan :)

Very satisfied, the seller was correct, he came to pick us up at the airport. The location itself with the car pick-up 5 minutes walk from the airport. Since the air conditioning in the first car was not working, I contacted the seller, who replaced the car with the same one and working air conditioning.

Assistenza veloce ma macchina no comment. Macchina diversa da quella prenotata e batteria ko dopo un giorno.
Ti hanno dato un'auto della stessa categoria, una Seat Ibiza diesel, dello stesso anno e con le stesse caratteristiche, e abbiamo sostituito la batteria a Saranda, dove si è verificato il problema, senza spendere nulla.
La batteria può rompersi con il passare del tempo, ma l'abbiamo sostituita con un'altra presso la nostra officina di Saranda.

Un peu mitigé de passer via cette plateforme mais au final tout s’est extrêmement bien passé. La voiture était très bien, propre et entretenu.
Le loueur était très sympa et a tout expliquer parfaitement. Également aucun soucis avec la caution. Merci pour tout !
