We were set up with a car with a cracked windscreen and no spare tyre. We got scraped whist stationary on the road. We reported the incident and the police decided it was 50/50 fault after calls between rental company and incident causer. We asked for an accident number/ report twice and the police, after consulting the rental comapny told us to go. We also had no further guidance from the rental Co.
Unfortunately on the same day we had a puncture that required a new tyre, which we paid €60 for. Had we had a spare wheel this would have made our journey much easier.
On arriving at the airport to return the car a different staff member from the rental company told us they were keeping the €100 deposit for the 50/50 accident damage without any evidence of repair cost. He also claimed he needed an additional €50 in cash to go to ksamil to collect a police report that we hadn't collected, which nobody told us we needed to collect.
The rental company profusely tried to enforced atm cash withdrawal outside of the airport which we didn't feel comfortable with, so we went inside the airport and explained our stance that we weren't at fault and being exploited.
To conclude we didn't pay the €50 and the guy left.

I didn't get any call from u for the accident i talked with the police for about 1 hour
For the tyre i charge 100€ u changed it by yourself. I didn't charge u anything
U told my friend to follow u at the airport to get the money and what did u do u lied hid and didn't give the money. And know ur making a bad review for your fault i have to go to saranda to get the police rapport.
U were lucky u rented teh car from us bcs in bigger companies u had paid 600€ for those damages. But ur not a man and my friend said that in ur eyes and u didn't respond to him u accepted that with silence.

Мне предоставили машину где почти все было сломано, двигатель выдавал ошибку, гудок не работал, esp система не работала, ближний свет был не настроен и дорогу не освещал. Постоянно выдел ошибку по низкому уровню масла. И эту машину мне выдали в 20-00 вечера, а взять другую уже не мог!!! После громкого скандала мне сказали что или на эту дадут скидку или я останусь без машины!!!!!!
Крайне не надёжный поставщик машин!!!
I offered u better car for 4€ more per day but u didn't accept i made u discount for the car and the washing even though car was washed. I didn't charge u for going to greece. I didn't told u anything for going to montenegro even though u never mentioned u will go there u went without my authorization. And i didn't tell u anything about it. And what u did u brought the car unwashed and asked for more discount. The car might have problems but it never let u in the streets. U made 3000km with that.
Just an advice from me don't listen to women next time they give u bad energy

Fabrizio was a gentleman, he was all the time available and giving US solutions. Additionaly he gave US money back because we rented the car one day

I rented 2011 MB B class. They contacted me to change the car to VW Golf 5. Both small cars. Good for Albanian parking and travel to Corfu.
I got 2006 MB C class car. Big car. Higher ticket price. Hard to park. Takes A LOT MORE PETROL!!!
Key battery didn't work. I spent a lot of time time find a place to change the batteries!
Their answer were: MB C class is "a good car"!
Keep away from them!!!

We had booked a Polo as our car, we had a Honda instead because there was supposed to be a problem with the car. the price has not been changed. The car did not have enough fuel at 4 bars. The day before our departure, he wanted to change the car drop-off location in Tirana. he wanted us to take a taxi. Or collect it in Tirana to go to the airport. Which we refused because it was not on our way. so he came with his own means, handed over the deposit.
