We rented the Hyundai i40 with full insurance coverage.
However, the agent asked us to pay €100 for a scratch, claiming he got a repair quote at 11:30 PM.
He refused to call the police to make an official report.
After some negotiation, he agreed to accept €50.
In the end, the insurance was completely useless.

First of all, I am sorry you had this inconvenience.
However, calling the police and providing a police report is the driver’s respinsibility. Practically, during the whole rental period the driver is the owner of the car, and I simply cannot refuse or not refuse to call the police.

Il était facile de récupérer la voiture à l'aéroport et simple aussi de la laisser à la fin du séjours même si nous repartions dans la nuit.

Everything went very smoothly. Laki was there to bring the car when we arrived and was very responsive during the rental period. The car is an older used Toyota Auris with many scratches, but it drives perfectly. Compared to a usual car rental agency, it was way more relaxed, and I did not have the feeling that I would get scammed if I accidentally did some damage to the car.
