Excellent experience! The pick-up process at Tirana Airport was incredibly fast—less than 5 minutes. The staff was professional and didn't pressure me into unnecessary extras. The car was brand new, clean, and performed perfectly on the mountain roads. Highly recommended!

King of rentals! Perfect communication, hassle-free pick-up within 5 minutes, no last minute added fees and BS, he made us aware of all dents and scratches on the car, free upgrade, drop- off under 2 minutes.
