There was a deep 20 cm scratch on the right front bumper, along with another scrape, likely caused by impact with a hard object, most likely a stone, iron fence, sidewalk, or parking damage. Inside, the car was left extremely dirty—mud throughout the interior footwells and carpets, and the seats were stained, likely from wet or sweaty clothing. Although the cleaning was paid for by Belen, when I tried to wash the car, the stains of mud were so strong that it was impossible to clean. These mud and seat stains left an unpleasant odor. These damages to the exterior and the seat stains were neither acknowledged nor addressed by the renter. I would not recommend based on this experience.
