We had a generally very good experience with this car rental. The vehicle worked well and the team was attentive – whenever we had a question or issue, they answered very quickly and were always helpful. Our flight was delayed by several hours and they kindly waited for us, which we really appreciated.

On the downside, there was an issue with the left rear door that we hadn’t been informed about in advance. One day we suddenly discovered the problem, which was stressful since we didn’t know what to do. To their credit, they responded quickly and provided a temporary solution, and when the problem came back they helped again. Still, it would have been better if they had told us about this from the beginning.

Another thing to be careful about is the fuel level. The car was delivered to us with less than a full tank. We returned it with the same level, but they tried to claim the tank had been fuller at the start, using a photo taken from the side to make the fuel gauge look higher. Luckily, I had also taken a clear photo straight from the front that showed the real level. After checking, we calculated that the missing fuel meant about 200 km of autonomy less. So I definitely recommend taking detailed photos of the car and the fuel gauge when you receive it.

Apart from these points, everything else was very good and the staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Everything went perfectly! We had an accident on the last day when someone hit our car. The rental team took care of everything: they came to pick us up, collected the car, and drove us back to the hotel. Tony, the owner of the car, was exceptional and always available from the very beginning. Ermal, who drove us on the last day, was really kind throughout the whole trip. Both of them truly cared about us, and we are very happy we came across them. Outstanding service

Agreement according to promise. VW Tiguan had been in acceptable condition vs. price. Tires Ok and safe. Contact with Ermaln easy and trustfull. I fully recommend.

Tout est très bien passé avec Ermaln, il a été très agréable et c'est arrangé selon nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. La voiture était très propre. Seuls bémols: quelques voyants comme la pression des pneus, pas de produit de lave glace et un feu ne fonctionnait pas mais rien de grave concernant le fonctionnement du véhicule.

I am really very happy to have met Ermal. He is a very friendly, serious and very attentive person. In addition, he speaks English quite well, which was very practical for us French people. He provided good advice for the vehicle, available for explications and documents, and very responsive if we wanted to contact him in the event of a problem. Ermal is also a person who loves his country and knows it well. He informed us very well about certain places and even offered to show us regional sites of unparalleled beauty. We didn't have time to fully enjoy it because there is so much to see that it's impossible to experience in one go. we will definitely return to Albania and rent a vehicle from him again. I'm delighted I choose Ermaln because everything went ok, he was helpful with all staff, not only about the car. He gave us recomendations about places to go and he was always answering my messages. The car was ok as well, comfortable and proper for our family trip. The olny thing I would change is the agreement - it was in Albanian, but it should be in English.
