Ervin met us in the airport as it was agreed (both for the check-in and for the check-out procedures).
It was a bit confusing that the contract was in Albanian (without English version) and we weren't able to read and understand it easily, but we used a Google Translator for images what helped us a lot. Additionally we made a video recording of the car condition at the check-in point of time.
During the rental time Ervin was easy available for a contact and answered quickly via WatsApp.
The car was in a normal condition (not perfect but totally acceptable).
We were worrying a bit because it wasn't possible to buy a full insurance, but nothing what we were afraid happened during the rental term.
I gladly recommend this owner. Very punctual both when handing over the car and when picking it up. Very good cars, few km., well maintained!

Molto male la macchina non è sicura ha le gomme consumatissime, ha una spia accesa di avaria motore quando gli ho mandato la foto ha detto che era normale mentre durante il tragitto la macchina si è fermata ed abbiamo dovuto aspettare prima di ripartire quindi la sconsiglio sopratutto ai ragazzi neopatentati perché noi che siamo 50enni e ci siamo avviliti non immagino un figlio mio in quelle condizioni
I am sorry to you because the car is in very good condition. It has been rented to others that they were with childrens and without childs and i have not had problems with the car. With a car which is with a engine 1.0 and you are many persons with many and big bags, of course do not pretend to be same with others without that. Also in a hill i think the car is driven with a gear which is normal, (one, two) not high gear with engine 1.0, many persons and air conditioning turned on. I look the car and i do not see any problem driving it. I think the problem is to you. Thank you!
