The rental experience was mostly smooth, but unfortunately, the client did not comply with one of the key rental rules—returning the car with a full tank of fuel. At the end of the rental, the vehicle was returned with approximately 12 liters of diesel missing, equivalent to about 150 km of driving. This resulted in an unexpected expense on my part. Clear communication and respect for agreed terms are important in rental arrangements, and I hope future rentals go more smoothly in that regard.
