We had a great experience with this car rental company in Albania. They stayed past closing to pick us up from the airport after our flight was delayed until 2 am, which was a big help.

They were incredibly helpful, even accompanying us to get a local SIM card and guiding us through the process — practically holding our hand through it all.

While they didn’t have the car we originally booked, they provided a temporary one and then delivered the correct vehicle to us the next day, driving all the way to Saranda.

Overall, a reliable and customer-focused service. Highly recommend.
