Der Touran fuhr zuverlässig, hatte aber schon viele Blessuren. Ein Fenster hinten ging nicht, das Abblendlicht hatte nur mit Zuschaltung der unteren Zusatzlampen eine ausreichende Kraft (Lichteinstellung "Auto" reicht nicht) Kommunikation diesbezüglich etwas mühsam, aber ok. Was sehr irritierte, ist, dass wir das Auto gewaschen zurückgeben sollten. So etwas hat noch keine Autovermietung verlangt. Haben wir nicht gemacht und bisher auch noch keine Probleme deshalb bekommen.
Es ist ärgerlich, dass du ein Auto für 17 Tage gemietet und es nicht gewaschen und gereinigt hast. Es ist aber sauber, besonders wenn kleine Kinder im Auto sind. Was die Beleuchtung betrifft, war es sehr übertrieben von dir, auf der Website etwas zu schreiben, das nicht stimmt.
Als wir dich kontaktierten, hast du nach drei Tagen geantwortet und gesagt, dass du den Lichtschalter falsch gedrückt hättest.

Rien à dire, très satisfait du véhicule qui est très économique niveau carburant.
La location s’est très bien déroulée. Sonilam est très gentil mais aussi réactif lorsque nous avons une question ou besoin d’une aide. La voiture était propre et très fonctionnelle. Nous n’avons eu aucun problème durant le séjour. Le retour s’est bien passé. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous rapprocher de l’aéroport. Je vous recommande ce propriétaire pour la location d’une voiture pour votre séjour en Albanie.

Prise en mains et retour nickel. Concernant l’état du véhicule, la fenêtre arrière droite est bloquée et les ampoules des phares sont à changer et à régler.

I have rented from the obvious average car rentals around the globe.
Sonilam is an above average car rental firm. With the minimum down payment to the waiting reception holding a placard with one’s name on it to the waiting vehicle, this particular one an older Mercedes Benz in full functional mode. To the lending of a lighter port for cell phones to new seat covers throughout. Upon payment of the original rental period an option of extending it at the same price. Compliments to one free day added for the lengthy rental period.
One cannot ask for better service with Sonilam used car rental.
