Very disappointing experience with this car rental company in Tirana. Despite booking a full insurance, it turned out to be impossible upon arrival. Additionally, we faced unexpected extra charges. Poor communication and lack of customer service. The owner even said we should just be careful and not bump into anything

Vini was a great renter and was very flexible with both the pick up and the drop off points! If I go to Albania next time he will be the one whom I give a call for sure.
