Unfortunately, the experience did not go too smoothly and I regret giving negative feedback.
Firstly, on a pickup we received car in rather bad shape, both visually and mechanically. Car was dirty both on the inside and outside (sticky dashboard, dirty seats). What is more, plenty of damage to the car, including side mirror, what made driving more difficult. We asked for car to be washed (which was apparently impolite according to the rental owner).
Given we were staying only 5 days, we decided to give it a go after car wash (have in mind inside was still dirty), but later we discovered that suspension was damaged (car was steering to the right) and driver’s window was not working.
With having the above negatives, car had enough power to overcome any steep hills, never turned off on its own, etc. so it wasn’t all negative.
Everything went perfect, the team help us a lot with everything that we need.

Tutto bene la persona che ci ha consegnato la macchina molto gentile e affidabile .
Unico neo è che la macchina aveva due anni in più di quello che avevamo chiesto e aveva qualche piccolo difetto. Niente di grave comunque.

Ac was not working, car was delivered later after it was fixed. We got another car for the time being. There was also one door af the passengers not working. We also had to wait one an a half hour at the airport before we could return our car back (and our deposit).
We rent a rav4 but we get a vw Jetta.. After 2 days we get the rav4. It was totaly a bad car, The ac is broken, the trunk doesnt open and the there is no seatbelt on the right back seat and the window doesnt work properly, There are Lots of Things wrong but the main thing is that there is a fuel leak which is too much to drive with. Its not save.
We get again another car. Xhenie says: “About car the driver is saying that everything works fine,only ac is not cooling. We will check again about that.
About diesel he told me you have full tank now,we will make the calculation and will refund you in cash at the drop off time”.
But at the airport when we bring the car back, he give us no compensation, he lied to us.
unfortunately we have to deal with unfair bad reviews.
In this case the customer had a problem with AC and we came in Shkodra,where he was located and we exchanged the car (everything in our own expenses).
He claimed for problems that were not apparent on the car in order to blackmail us with money compensation .
He got the car on higher fuel level than he returned but again requested for money.
When they returned the car they treated the driver in very bad and undignified manner.
Notre véhicule a été remplacé une semaine avant la date par un véhicule équivalent. La voiture avait plusieurs coups et ne possédait pas de hayon arrière (donc impossible de masquer les valises). Deux voyants se sont affichés dès le premier jour : date d'entretien dépassée et défaut sur les feux stops.
Le check in et le check out se sont déroulés sans problèmes et sans surcoûts. Xhenie a répondu rapidement à nos questions.
The experience with this rental company is positive, communication is ok, the vehicle is in order, for 10 days without a single problem. The vehicle is picked up and dropped off at the agreed locations, they are flexible, the vehicle was handed over at the hotel. I have no problem with the fact that in the event of another visit to Albania, I will choose this rental company again.

Déçue de mon expérience. J'ai loué une voiture Mitsubishi durant une semaine en Albanie. Il était indiqué que cette voiture pouvait contenir deux grands bagages. Or, la voiture était toute petite et un seul bagage rentrait dans le coffre. Voyant orange allumé tout le long et clignotant non fonctionnel.
La personne qui m'attendait à l'aéroport pour me déposer le véhicule m'a clairement volé 40€. Le prix était de 200€ la semaine et il m'a demandé 240€.
Pour la restitution, j'ai envoyé un message la veille pour indiquer que je serais bien à l'aéroport à 4h du matin. J'ai dû attendre une demi heure, une personne est arrivé à 4h30.
Malheureusement je ne conseille pas ce site.

Voiture pas en état correcte : pas de roue de secours, une porte bloquée, boutons de fenêtres inopérants.

The car we booked (rav4) was cancelled last moment due to big damage. We get a nice upgrade (XC60). The XC60 had also a lot of damage and was delivered with an empty fueltank. The maintenance was overdue (message dashboard). Over all it was a nice car, but it would be nice when you get ia car without damage, good maintened and with a full tank.
It would be also nice when the payment can do by card or banktransfer instead of cashpayment.
