Esperienza più che negativa!

Auto diversa da quella concordata con gomme in condizioni pericolosissime.

Abbiamo sbagliato ad accettarla presi dall' euforia della vacanza !

Si é accesa una spia dei pneumatici e ci siamo fermati in un autofficina, fortunatamente il titolare ha voluto telefonare al proprietario dell' auto e ci ha cambiato le gomme, non potevamo proseguire con quei pneumatici.

Alla consegna in aeroporto il proprietario ci ha imputato un danno al paraurti anteriore che noi non avevamo fatto, ci ha chiuso delle valige nel portabagagli e ci ha letteralmente ricattati.

Purtroppo all'arrivo non abbiamo fatto delle foto alla macchina, ma non è scritto da nessuna parte!

Prima voleva 200€ ,gli abbiamo dato 60€ per poter riavere le valige.

É veramente vergognoso!

So che questa mia recensione non servirà a molto!

Upon arrival at the airport, the car provided was not the model I had originally reserved (Ford C-Max instead of Opel Astra). Additionally, the car had several significant issues: the tires were dangerously worn with almost no tread, likely rendering them illegal, and the trunk did not open. Despite these serious problems, I chose to overlook them given the competitive price, assuming this might be standard for vehicles in this price range.

However, the situation worsened after just two days of driving. On the third day, the car failed to start. It seemed to be a battery issue, but we were confident that we had not caused it. The lights were set to "auto" mode, and I had ensured that all interior lights were off from the first day, also the radio turned off automatically. Upon inspecting the engine, we discovered it was soaked in oil, with the alternator also covered in oil, likely causing it to malfunction and the battery to drain.

When I contacted autoe, I was immediately blamed for the issue without any investigation into our side of the story. The representative who inspected the car accused us of draining the battery by leaving the lights on in auto mode, which is clearly not a valid reason as this mode is designed for continuous use unless there is a malfunction with the car's electronics.

Moreover, both the customer service representative on the phone and the individual who inspected the vehicle were extremely rude and unprofessional, even resorting to shouting at us.

While I received the partial refund, it does not fairly compensate for the inconvenience and the number of days lost due to this incident. As I already mentioned I strongly advise against using their services, the attractive price is not worth dealing with such people.

Nie polecam. Podstawiono mi inne auto niż zamawiałem,po dwóch dniach zepsuło się wspomaganie kierownicy.Po kolejnych dwóch dniach czekania podstawiono pierwotny samochód wraz ze śmieciami w środku ( opel astra 2008 ) ,a po przejechaniu 10km auto straciło moc i musiałem na własną rękę szukać nowego auta.

Właściciel obiecał zwrót środków w gótówce ,ale nigdy nie pojawił się,dodatkowo wyłączył telefon

Pieniądze udało się odzyskać dopiero zgłaszając sprawę do "Rent From Locals".

Vérifier avant de partir la roue de secours, nous avons crevé et la roue de secours était complètement explosée dans le coffre… en lui demandant de l’aide tout ce qu il a répondre c est que ce n’est pas de sa faute si la roue de secours est éclatée… sauf qu il est censé louer une voiture en bon état et vérifier ce genre de chose… on savait bien qu on allait devoir payé un pneu mais certainement pas une dépanneuse à cause de sa négligence…

Autre information le réparateur de pneus nous a dit que c était normal qu on crève vu la vieillesse du pneu qui avait jamais été changé (tout craquelé) je pense qu ils attendent que les touristes crèvent et repars les pneus pour les changer.

On a vite compris qu il fallait se débrouiller sans lui, car même lui demander des informations pour avoir un numéro de dépanneuse ou de garage c était trop demandé. Pour information maintenant on sait (Gomisteri) pour les réparateurs de pneus.

Ne soyez pas pressé de récupérer la voiture à l’heure, plus de 1h de retard avec juste des messages « mon père va arriver dans 5 minutes », il aurait pu le dire directement qu’il y avait plus d’une heure de retard on aurait fait autre chose qu attendre sur le trottoir.

Je vous conseille de prendre une assurance supplémentaire hors assurance basic pour éviter ce genre de désagrément et de bien vérifier la voiture avant de partir.

Zamówiliśmy golfa V, otrzymaliśmy Passata z automatyczną skrzynią biegów. W samochodzie po chwili jazdy świeciły się wszystkie kontrolki, a auto traciło moc. W takiej sytuacji trzeba było się zatrzymać wyłączyć i włączyć auto. Podczas jazdy nocnej okazało się , że światła są źle ustawione i oślepiamy kierowców jadących w przeciwnym kierunku. Kontaktowaliśmy się z właścicielem i z pracownikiem firmy. Pracownik był pomocny, dobrze mówił po angielsku, zabrał auto do serwisu i podobno wszystko było w porządku , nie stwierdzili żadnych problemów i uznali, że można jeździć. Przed serwisem nawet chciano nam oddać pieniądze i zabrać samochód jednak nie zaoferowano niczego w zamian , ponieważ wszystkie samochody były wypożyczone. W rezultacie udało nam się korzystać z tego samochodu cały tydzień. Po przyjeździe na lotnisko właściciel chciał od nas 30-40 euro na paliwo, gryż stwierdził, że było 3/4 baku przy wypożyczeniu. Mieliśmy jednak zdjęcia i okazało się że 1/2. Na do widzenia usłyszeliśmy "Go , Go". Czytałam wcześniej opinie na temat tej firmy i w większości były pozytywne. Myślę, że po prostu mieliśmy pecha. Nie zrażajcie się jednak Albania jest przepiękna. Życzę wszystkim udanych wakacji.
