A typical example where we gave our best and were rewarded with disrespect. First, he cheated on the border crossing. Than the drop off time was at 23:00 and we waited for him at the airport for 4 hours (until 03:00 a.m). He asked for a refund of the deposit and we did it fully, but he did not pay the border crossing fee. He responded to messages after 4 days of trying to contact him and after we had been insulted from him, he made the payment. He was a client we tried to please in every way but we were rewarded with insults, arrogance, disrespect, mockery.
