1. Driver Requirements

2. Rental & Payment
✔ No deposit required for standard rentals
✔ Payment must be made in full before rental period begins
✔ Optional extras (insurance, GPS, child seat) available at an additional cost
3. Insurance & Liability
✔ Standard rental includes basic coverage
✔ Fully comprehensive insurance available as an optional extra
✔ The renter is responsible for any damages if insurance is declined
4. Mileage & Fuel Policy
✔ Unlimited mileage included in all rentals
✔ Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received
5. Breakdown & Assistance
✔ 24/7 roadside assistance included
✔ Replacement vehicle provided in case of major breakdown (subject to availability)
6. Return Policy
✔ Vehicle must be returned on time to avoid late fees
✔ Excessive dirt or smoking in the car may result in additional cleaning fees
7. Fines & Violations
✔ The renter is responsible for any parking or traffic violations during the rental period

Please be aware that the insurance may be deemed invalid in certain situations. These include driving under the influence of alcohol, exceeding speed limits, engaging in reckless or intentional behavior, driving off-road with a vehicle not suitable for such use, and other violations. Additionally, in cases such as collisions or external damage, a police report may be required to validate the insurance claim.
