Bonjour, je réserve un BMW X5, j'arrive sur place, Beaucoup de mal à trouver l'interlocuteur, il me dit qu'il n'a pas de BMW et me donne un hyundai Santa fe sale, coffre rempli, réservoir à sec. J'avais réservé un siège enfant, il m'en trouve un vieux très sale. Bref. Je ramène le véhicule nettoyer en convenant l'heure du retour et bureau fermé. Obligé de m'arranger avec le loueur voisin et pour récupérer ma caution.Je ne retournerai pas .

A Nightmare Experience! Avoid This Company at All Costs!
I had provided my flight number during the booking so they could track my arrival. My flight was delayed by just one hour. When I finally arrived with my wife and our infant, they told me I was late, my reservation had been canceled, and my car had been given to another customer.
Instead of the car I booked, they offered me a much worse vehicle and said they would only give it to me if I paid extra for their full insurance package (my original booking was made without it). Then, they offered me a broken-down BMW without functional seat belts, where I couldn't even install our baby's car seat! This was completely unacceptable and unsafe for my family.
We had to argue with them intensely and call their central office. After a stressful 2-hour battle, they finally provided us with the exact car we had originally booked.
When I asked the manager why he had put us through this 2-hour ordeal instead of giving us the car right away, he openly admitted that he simply didn't want to give it to us because we were "late," despite having our flight number and being able to see the delay for himself.
This company is unprofessional, predatory, and shows a complete disregard for customer safety and well-being. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them.

It's a company not a 'local'. Albania is trying to massively make money on rental cars, I've never seen any country like this. You have over 100 companies just at the airport alone.
Process was smooth and quick. Only the car was different than on the pictures, had broken windshield and few fault codes that were appearing while driving. Rental company refused to give us different car and since we were on hurry, we had to take what was available.
Quando siamo arrivati c'era una vettura più piccola (anche se della stessa categoria) di quella che avevamo prenotato.
Visto che eravamo in 4 con relativi bagagli ci è stata sostituita senza problemi con un'auto molto più spaziosa sempre della stessa categoria di quella noleggiata.
Nel complesso tutto bene.

Everything went good. The burocratic stuff was smooth, the car was not the declared one, but in high season can happen. The guys gave me a better car, worked perfectly.
Lo peor que podéis imaginar llegamos al aeropuerto y pagué 30 euros para que el coche estuviera en el aeropuerto y cuando llegamos nos tiramos 1 hora buscando el coche . A las 03:00h madrugada llama el señor diciendo donde estamos cuando ya nos disponíamos a coger un taxi para el hotel . Le exijo que el coche esté en el aeropuerto . Llegamos al aeropuerto y si está el coche pero nos dice que tenemos que ir a firmar el contrato a la oficina que está cerquita y todo esto a las 03;00h de la madrugada . Le decimos que no ,que mañana a las 10.00h estamos en la oficina y que hora nos vamos al hotel . Al día siguiente llegamos a la oficina y nos dice que ayer cancelamos el alquiler y que no teníamos coche . Le dijimos que no habíamos cancelado nada . Entonces nos dice que tenemos que esperar media hora hasta que regrese una pareja y entregue su coche . Pasado media hora tenemos el coche nos lo entrega todo sucio y con la luna rota .
A la hora de pagar me hace una foto de mi tarjeta de crédito con todos los datos . Le digo que lo borre . Me enseña en su móvil foto de todas las tarjetas de los clientes y que yo tenía que confiar en la empresa . Tras pagar bloqueo tarjeta . Nefasta . Son unos mafioso . Nefasta. No volvería jamás a contratarlos .
Alquiler siempre con. Agencias fiables Avis ,etc. Son unos impresentables . No se respetan entre ellos como para respetar al turismo .

Très bon accueil, service et voiture
Au lieu d'avoir une JETTA nous avons eu une PASSAT. Le coffre ne s'ouvrait qu'avec la clé et elle n'avait pas beaucoup de pile. Au retour, on devait nous ramener à l'aéroport mais ça ne s'est pas fait, on a du y aller à pied. A part ça, tout s'est bien passé
