A Nightmare Experience! Avoid This Company at All Costs!
I had provided my flight number during the booking so they could track my arrival. My flight was delayed by just one hour. When I finally arrived with my wife and our infant, they told me I was late, my reservation had been canceled, and my car had been given to another customer.
Instead of the car I booked, they offered me a much worse vehicle and said they would only give it to me if I paid extra for their full insurance package (my original booking was made without it). Then, they offered me a broken-down BMW without functional seat belts, where I couldn't even install our baby's car seat! This was completely unacceptable and unsafe for my family.
We had to argue with them intensely and call their central office. After a stressful 2-hour battle, they finally provided us with the exact car we had originally booked.
When I asked the manager why he had put us through this 2-hour ordeal instead of giving us the car right away, he openly admitted that he simply didn't want to give it to us because we were "late," despite having our flight number and being able to see the delay for himself.
This company is unprofessional, predatory, and shows a complete disregard for customer safety and well-being. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them.
