Good rental experience. Had good communication the whole time when we had any questions. When the car had an issue they came and swapped it out promptly for no extra. Car was in good condition and was a great value for money

WARNING! IlirK2 (Ilir Kasmi) did not return the deposit of €100. He knew when we would return the car and we arrived exactly on time. He was not in the office, did not answer the phone, did not respond to SMS, another man took over the car. I sent him my bank details on WhatsApp, he promised to return the deposit, but he did not do it. DO NOT TRUST HIM!

Everything went well, the car was as expected. Appreciate pick up from the airport and trasport to the airport at the end.
I don't recommend it. They gave me a car of a lower model, make, and year than the one I rented online, charging me the same price. The car was dirty, with dents and scratches, and the gas tank was half full. It was supposed to be rented from locals, but it turned out to be a rental company that rents cars in poor condition. I don't recommend it at all; it was a bad experience.

The car was in good condition and the pickup went smoothly. However, during the drop-off, the person refused to take us back to the airport and seemed annoyed when we asked for the deposit. He initially claimed we had paid the deposit by card, which wasn’t true—we had paid in cash. Only after we insisted and reminded him it was cash did he “check” and reluctantly return the money.
Everything was perfect! It was our first time renting a car so we were a bit nervous about it, but the team made sure we understood everything and answered all the questions! Also, we made some special requirements regarding the rental and they completely understood! Everything is dealt at an actual Car Rental spot (not just with someone in the middle of a parking lot like we expected since it was ‘Rent From Locals’). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! If we’re back in Albania, we know who to rent from! 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
