This company was born from our passion for cars and it's dedicated to my family. A few years ago it seemed impossible. We started this business with a single car but with a lot of work, dedication and sacrifices, we succeeded to improve and to grow year after year.
Our goal has always been "To serve as we would like to be served", to provide quality, transparency and convinient services so my staff and I, are all customer oriented. We are not perfect, but in every case we give our best with high responsibility and accuracy.
With a fleet of different cars (monitored with GPS), a caring and dedicated team, we ensure our customers travel comfortably and safely.

Great People, the car was perfect and everything was very smooth from their end between the payment the pick up and the drop off. 100% to be reused the next time we come to Albania.

Too much communication for what? Not proffesional for what?
The car was booket from you for your family. You have done the reservation without declaring border crossing to avoid the fee. Forced to inform us of the route because the cars have gps, you confirmed that the main destination was precisely Kosovo. You tried to avoid the border crossing fee throughout the reservation and after. The drop off time was 23:00. Without informing us, while you kept us waiting until 3 am, we didn't charged you a cent for extra night hours. In good faith, we returned the deposit believing that you would pay the c.border fee as you told us (thinking they would need them during the trip). As you asked, i've texted you on Monday about it and i didn't recieved any asnwer from you for three days continuously. I called you and you didn't answer again. After my last message you answered insulting, despising, arrogantly and not correctly.
We would be concerned about a negative review from someone who has been fair to us and where we were really wrong. We are so responsible that we would humbly apologize in that case. We are very tolerant and understanding, but not stupid enough to let others take advantage of us, even worse with arrogance and dishonesty. Everyone shows their capacity, their good and bad qualities in every relationship. Without regret i have to say that you only showed your bad qualities from beginning to end and this is not a matter of money but a matter of conscience and appreciation for yourself, then for others.

Everything was fine from getting the car to returning it, we were a bit short on diesel, but the car rental guy didn't rip us off, so overall good experience would recommend :).

Location au top,ce sont des personnes sérieuses, très arrangeantes,Ledio un super mec,il m'a attendu a l'aéroport malgré notre retard,puis est venu récupérer la voiture a Tirana.
Nous avons pris un Tiguan ancien modèle automatique, très propre,qui roule très bien,fort efficace sur les routes en Albanie.
Pour le prix c'est vraiment top,allez y les yeux fermés.

Tutto veramente alla grande, ottimo servizio e auto esattamente come da descrizione. Auto consegnata nel parcheggio dell'aeroporto e ritirata dove ho chiesto di venire. Veicolo consegnato pulitissimo e in perfetto stato. La comunicazione è stata veramente perfetta. Ringrazio tantissimo anche Klaudio che è venuto fino al centro di Tirana, in pieno traffico, per ritirare la macchina.
