Il servizio di consegna e ritiro dell'auto è stato ottimo. Ma quello per cui mi sento davvero di dare il massimo del mio giudizio, e di consigliare questo noleggiatore, è in merito a come è stato risolto un problema avuto dall'auto noleggiata. Ci siamo ritrovati, a causa di un dolo non imputabile al noleggiatore o al noleggiante (rottura alternatore) dispersi, di sabato, in mezzo alle montagne albanesi (tra Erseke e Leskovic) e diretti a Ksamil. E, nonostante questo, il noleggiatore è riuscito a farci avere un taxi per portarcia Ksamil e, nel giro di due ore dal nostro arrivo, a farci avere l'auto sostitutiva.

Questo significa fornire un servizio affidabile, ed avere passione per la propria attività. Consigliatissimo. 5 stelle davvero.

Punctually, availability for all my questions and even the intention to give me some money back for having more fuel in the tank at return than it was when the car was delivered. We rented a Peugeot 3008 for 3 days from Regonta and it was everything perfect!

They are available for support 24/7 on Whatsapp, explained us everything at the arrival on the airport. At drop-off they gave the guarantee worth of 50 euro back. Would rent again through "Regonta" for sure in the future!

Amazing people who are always there for you if u need help. No problem with the car. Everything went well. Great contact before and during picking up the car. The best choice if you need to rent a car in Albania. Amazing service. Surely we’ll use their offer again during our next trip in Albania.
