When our flight was diverted from Tirana due to bad weather, their team was online all the way, guiding us to the right pickup spot without a hitch. The car was brand new and spotless, making our Albanian adventure even smoother.

Check-in and check-out were lightning-fast and effortless, with no queues or hassle. Special shoutout to Elsida — she went above and beyond by supporting us and accepting British Pounds on the spot when I realised I had no euros or ALL. Everything went well - Regonta is a friendly and polite person who speaks very good english and explains everything very well.

Only thing that was disappointing was the fact the he was one hour late to drop off the car and we had to postpone our plans because of that. I wish that he would have advised that he is going to be that much late as we were left unaware and were just waiting for an hour without being able to do anything else because we did not know when he was going to arrive.

Except for that we were happy with our experience.

Mais il manquer du liquide de refroidissement donc j’ai eu le voyant deux fois durant le séjour mais les locataires ont était réactif au message , la voiture a quand même 200 mille kilomètres donc j’étais pas trop sereine durant la semaine mais elle a bien tenue la route, bonne puissance.

We got a fine because we couldn't pay it. We sent him the fine receipt and he sorted it out beautifully. I highly recommend him
