I rent a Ford CMax from Regonta. Ledio was waiting for me at the airport and everything was just easy. He was very friendly and was available all the time on WhatsApp in case I needed something.

Everything went very smoothly. Everyone I dealt with was so nice. This site is a hidden gem and Regonta is a really good choice. The car was not perfect but it was 8/10. The team was very accommodating and punctual.

Tutto perfetto! Molto seri e disponibili Abbiamo beccato un chiodo sulla strada e abbiamo forato una ruota, ma loro sono stati davvero tempestivi nella risposta e nella risoluzione del problema anche a km di distanza. La macchina era perfetta, tranne qualche piccolissima imperfezione che hanno prontamente ripreso col cellulare al nostro arrivo per poi ricontrollare il video alla partenza ed assicurarsi che non avessimo fatto eventuali danni.

Le loueur était très serviable il est venu nous déposer la voiture à l’aéroport en ou attendant (alors que notre vol avait 2h de retard).
Pareil pour déposer la voiture nous avons pu nous arranger avec lui et il nous a déposer gratuitement à l’aéroport ensuite.
Il était également très disponible lors de nos échanges.
La voiture était parfaite, conforme à la description.
Je recommande très fortement !

It started okay but at the end very bad experience, I spoke with Elsida most of the time. They gave us a car knowing that it had a problem with the keys and since it gave us a lot of problem they changed it with a Tiguan. At the moment of the exchange we had a brief discussion on the fuel level we had to return the car with but we reached an agreement and we thought everything would be fine but when we returned the car we had a huge fight on the fuel level and we ended up putting more than we were supposed to because she started to imply we were trying to scam her, she was very rude, she didn’t try to understand us or talk with us, she immediately started to imply we were scamming her when she was the one that was trying to gain more fuel (in my opinion because she had to come all the way to Saranda to change the car she knew had a problem). Anyway very bad experience, the only good thing was Ledio which has been very nice, kind and understanding. I want to leave a suggestion: DON’T RENT A CAR IF YOU KNOW IT HAS A PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE because if the car was fine we wouldn’t have had any problems at all
We had a very good experience with Regonta. The communication went smoothly and the agreements were well fulfilled. Elsida was very friendly in the contact and service-oriented. We had a VW Golf automatic 2014, a wonderful car with nothing wrong with it. Rent here and not from the large international companies that charge much more.
