Arbenm ne parle bien anglais mais son ouvrier très bien. Je recommande Arbenm et ses voitures.

Arbenm was great to work with. He was extremely communicative and and responded to all my questions very quickly. Everyone at worked with him was also super friendly and worked hard to accomodate all our needs. I would highly recommend renting from Arbenm as everything was very easy. They work at a car mechanic so the vehicle was in good condition too.

I recommend renting from arbenm. The car we got was clean and in a good shape. The man who gave us a car is suuuuper nice. Flexible timing to pick up and drop off. See you next time, we are not done with Albania :)

Really comfortable car that rides smoothly with some minor issues of the car which they didn't initially mention but it was not essential for driving (e.g. seatbelt alarm keeps beeping and some warnings of the brake light although it did work.) . The drop off and pickup of the car went smoothly. Overall would recommend.

The car looked just as described. The rental and return processes went smoothly. The price was appropriate, and communication with the person responsible for the rental was excellent. Despite some issues with the car's computer and occasional lighting up of all the dashboard lights, I didn't encounter any major problems during the 9 days of driving. Traveling with this car was a pure pleasure. I recommend this rental company.

The car was a bit old but functioning. Everything need to be paid by cash and in euros. Most of the time you need to ou extra insurance by cash too.

Dacia Duster was good and without faults. Perfect car for Albanian roads. Customer service nice.
