We had a very good experience renting a car from this agency in Albania. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, and we really appreciated that the full payment was not required in advance. The team was friendly, cooperative, and shared all the necessary instructions and directions beforehand, which made the entire process stress-free.

We also had a drop-off in a different country, and everything was handled very professionally and efficiently. A special mention to the person who handled the pickup and drop-off — he was extremely helpful and even went the extra mile to assist us with clearing a parking fine issue (of course, we paid the amount ourselves). That level of support was truly appreciated.

The car itself was in good condition and performed very well throughout our trip, especially on the mountain roads, without giving us any trouble at all.

The only downside was that the car was not properly cleaned before handover, which could definitely be improved. Other than that, we were very happy with the overall service and would recommend them for their professionalism and customer support.

The best rental company I have ever experienced!!! I have rented a car from this company twice and it has always been perfect. This year I had a Mercedes car booked and before arrival I was informed that we would have an even newer car with much better quality and equipment. The rental company employees are very nice. When paying for the car rental, they did not have change to return, but when returning the car, they returned everything, but that is everywhere in Albania. In every cafe they will return you to the last Lek. The car was in perfect condition throughout our vacation and I thank you for this great service, which is offered directly at the airport, 5 minutes from the arrivals hall. I wish the car provider "amarildol1" only the best and keep it up. He is doing very well!!!

Tout s'est bien passé malgré quelques frayeurs notamment pour trouver le parking à la sortie de l'aéroport de Tirana. C'était la nuit et personne ne semblait nous comprendre ou connaître le parking qui se trouvait à 250m. Heureusement le serveur d'un bar nous a accompagné. La voiture n'était pas de première jeunesse mais nous le savions et elle a bien fait le job. Finalement une bonne expérience et un excellent rapport qualité/prix
