The rental process was good, the communication was good, and the price is good but we had some real issues.
In the Peugeot we rented, the air conditioning was broken. Another car was driven to our location to replace the Peugeot, which was a nice gesture, but the new car that we were given had a manual transmission (we originally booked automatic) and a broken emergency brake, which made parking a little more difficult than it should have been.
I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your rental. I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with a broken air conditioning system and to be given a manual transmission vehicle when you had booked an automatic. We regret that we didn’t have an automatic option available for you and that the replacement car had a broken emergency brake. This is completely our fault, and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will take immediate steps to address these issues to prevent them from happening in the future.

Obrigado pelo razoável serviço e pela disponibilidade. Simpáticos e disponíveis. Mecanicamente não tivemos problemas. De negativo: o GPS não funcionava, nem soubessem explicar como o fazer funcionar. A limpeza interior pode ser melhorada.
We rent a Mitsubishi outlander for 12 days. We had contact by WhatsApp with the rental company (Betsi) who took care of us from start to finish. The car was received at the airport as we arrived very late. There were no problems.
During our stay we had a car breakdown. Betsi took care of sending us another means of transport to take us to our hotel 3 hours away. When we got there, we were able to get a new car to end our stay. Very happy with the care.

On the first day Amarildo told us - we were a group of 6 friends - that our car was not ready yet due to another customer being late, but he promptly provided us with a different one that suited our needs. The day after he gave us the car we ordered. Both the cars were in good working condition, matching the online descriptions and photos. On the last day we easily let the car at the airport to one of Amarildo's collegues. Everything went quite smooth and communication was easy and positive. In general, we had a great experience!
