Thanks! Amarildol1 was very helpfull. Everything was easy, the car was good price-performance! I definitly recommend them!
The car was good and compliant with my order.
However at drop in the car was dirty (not cleaned) and there was no water at all left to wash the windshield (which i had to clean manually with a bottle of water).
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad the car met your expectations, but we sincerely apologize for the oversight in cleanliness and windshield washer fluid. Cleaning the car and refilling the water are basic tasks that take less than 20 minutes, so it's a shame on us that we didn’t manage it. We'll do our best to ensure this doesn't happen again. Everything was fine. This is one of the few rentals that allowed driving to Bovilla Lake. The owner was very nice and helpful in every situation. Highly recommend!
