Alésia a été très gentille et très claire dans ses instructions. La voiture nous a été remise directement après notre atterrissage, malgré notre retard d'avion de deux heures, ce qui montre leur grande compréhension. La voiture était bien propre et n'avait aucun problème. Je recommande vivement.

Alesia è una persona affidabile, sempre raggiungibile tramite WhatsApp e sempre pronta a ogni chiarimento. L'auto che abbiamo ricevuto pur non essendo di fresca immatricolazione e avendo più di 200 Mila km, non ci ha dato alcun problema. Valutazione positiva

A fuir absolument pour votre sécurité.
Nous avons récupéré la voiture à l’aéroport et après plusieurs kms j’ai souhaité mettre de l’essence.
Premier soucis : pas de bouchons d’essence. Ce qui peut être très dangereux.
Ensuite au fil des km il m’était de plus en plus difficile de tourner le volant et un voyant de batterie s’est allumé.
J’ai donc contacter le loueur qui m’a demandé d’attendre 2h pour échanger la voiture.
Nous avons finalement attendu 4h (sous 40 degrés).
Sans aucune excuse et très énervé il m’a ramené une autre voiture qui avaient les pneus lissent et une galette de secours. Je lui ai dit que j’avais beaucoup de km à faire et que donc il était dangereux de rouler avec une roue de secours.
Il s’est énervé et est partie récupérer l’autre voiture.
Ayant mit 50€ d’essence je lui ai demandé de me les rembourser pour en mettre dans la voiture qu’il venait de m’emmener.
Il a été agressif et m’a donné seulement 40€ car il estimait que j’avais usé 10€ d’essence sur seulement 50km ( alors qu’il était indiqué une consommation de 3l/100km).
J’ai finalement laissé tomber car cet homme m’a fais peur.
Nous avons donc fais 800km avec une voiture dans un état déplorable.
Au vue des routes en Albanie nous avons risqué notre vie en roulant avec une voiture pareil.

Tout d'abord, je m'excuse que vous ayez dû attendre environ 3 heures au lieu de 4, mais pendant tout le temps que nous avons discuté, vous ne vous êtes pas plaint de la température de 40 degrés, mais vous m'avez dit que vous attendiez un très bon restaurant à Shkoder. A partir du moment où vous m'avez contacté, nous avons immédiatement démarré la voiture pour y aller, mais le trafic et la distance en km se sont réglés tout seuls, quant au carburant, la consommation était bien supérieure aux 10€ que vous aviez consommé, nous l'avons fait ne demandez pas 40€ de carburant pour l'autre voiture arrivée jusqu'à là, car c'est notre devoir de répondre au client où qu'il soit, mais nous avons demandé la part que vous avez dépensée. Quant au bouchon, la voiture en avait un mais il a été oublié dans le réservoir lors du remplissage et c'est très simple de dire qu'il n'y avait pas de bouchon.
Nous travaillons chaque jour avec la satisfaction et l'appréciation du client et sa sécurité est la chose principale pour nous, à partir du moment où vous avez acheté une autre voiture, vous ne m'avez jamais écrit concernant une insatisfaction ou une insécurité de la part de la voiture, c'est une surprise pour moi, je m'excuse sincèrement si vous ne vous êtes pas senti en sécurité avec lui.

Ho noleggiato un’auto per 7 giorni, ho ricevuto proprio l’auto che avevo scelto, servizio serio, affidabile e puntuale. anche se un po’ smart (l’auto non era lavata), ma prezzo competitivo ed auto comoda ed affidabile. Una valida alternativa Albanese ai soliti circuiti di autonoleggio.

We had rented car Golf VI. The car was not in good condition. When we came for car, the man had to inflate the tires. He inflated just 2. The spare tire was empty as well.
The car was dirty from outside and inside as well.
On the road car was floating. We stopped on gas station and checked tires. 2 had around 3 bar. One had around 1.5 bar and one around 4 bar. Horrible...
Than there was a problem with breaks. The breaks are too weak, in need to be changed.
Communication with company is only plus. They have quick reactions.

They picked us up at the airport upon arrival. They took it to the rental shop. We took over the car and signed the contract. We contacted the rental company twice during our stay and they always responded quickly. When we returned the car, there was a quick search and we were taken back to the airport for departure.
We were satisfied with the rental company.
The car was already in use and was not as good as new. But everything worked well and without any problems.

Ho noleggiato un'auto da Alesia Subashi dal 21 al 29 giugno 2024. Posso dire di essere pienamente soddisfatto del servizio offerto ,nella cura verso il cliente e la correttezza per il rispetto degli accordi pattuiti. Da subito Alesia e i suoi collaboratori mi hanno messo a mio agio e hanno cercato di accontentare le mie richieste in modo positivo. Che dire? Consiglio a tutti nell'eventualità di un noleggio auto di rivolgersi a loro a occhi chiusi.
