Worst car rental experience ever!
The car was in terrible technical condition (ABS and brakes unsafe). I was forced to pay extra cash charges, including a traffic fine that was not mine – I picked up the car at 11:05, the fine was issued at 11:07. Despite paying an extra fee for hotel delivery, I was forced to pick up the car in the city at a location chosen by the provider. On return, no company representative was present – another rental worker took the car. Completely unprofessional and misleading. Avoid at all costs.

The traffic fine was issued by the relevant authority after we had already left the location; therefore, we cannot be held responsible for it. We would also like to inform you that you refused to come to our offices in Tirana, and we made every effort to find a drop-off location as close and convenient for you as possible, as a gesture of understanding.
You mentioned that you paid for a hotel/delivery service; however, this service is not available or listed on our website, which clearly shows that your statement is not accurate.
Regarding the condition of the vehicle, no complaint or report was made during the entire rental period regarding safety or performance issues. However, for the past two weeks, you have been posting comments on several different websites.
If the vehicle had truly been unsafe, as you claim, it would not have been possible to drive it at a speed far exceeding the legal limit – for your own safety – since it was recorded that the vehicle was driven at 147 km/h in a 90 km/h zone. We have informed you about this three times.
According to the rental agreement, the return time was 11:00 a.m., but the vehicle was returned at 12:30 p.m., without prior notice or an apology for the delay. Although we had the right to charge for an additional rental day, we chose not to do so, as a sign of goodwill.
By acting with understanding and good faith, we have demonstrated tolerance and fairness at every step.

Everything went smoothly, and the owner was kind, helpful, and professional from the beginning. Unfortunately, on the second day of our holiday, an attendant at a gas station filled the car with the wrong fuel. Despite this, the rental owner immediately came to us, took care of everything, and made sure the problem was solved quickly. Thanks to his help, we were able to continue our trip without worries. We truly appreciate his attitude and can highly recommend this rental service.
For everyone reading this review: Please be extra careful at gas stations. Always double-check that the correct fuel is being used, even if an attendant offers to do it for you. It can save you a lot of stress during your trip.

Nous sommes tombée en panne de batterie 4 fois. Il a fallut que j’appelle une personne en France pour le contacter car il ne répondait pas à mes messages. La voiture a gâcher nos vacances la batterie a été changé la veille de notre retour nous avons payé une voiture qui est resté bloqué en bas de notre hôtel car elle de démarrait plus je recommande pas du tout très mauvaise expérience

We have always been available and provided two phone numbers for communication. Even your friend expressed surprise at the claim that we were unresponsive, as we replied to him immediately.
Regarding the accident, although there was no police report and you had already left the scene, we personally assisted you, doing our best to place ourselves in your position as visitors in a foreign country. Furthermore, instead of asking your friend for support, you relied entirely on us. Despite several breaches of the contract terms and at times irresponsible behavior, we still did our utmost to assist you.
As for the claim that the car remained parked under the hotel, our GPS records clearly show continuous movement for seven consecutive days, from Tirana to Ksamil, including visits to beaches and roads unsuitable for that type of vehicle.
The battery issue was not due to a technical fault but rather to the lights being left on when the vehicle was turned off.
We are sorry if we did not fully meet your expectations. Please remain positive, as this is always best for your well-being. We remain committed to providing safe vehicles, professional service, and assistance to all our clients in every situation

Noleggio molto competitivo.
La comunicazione è sempre stata facile via WhatsApp, anche con l'assistenza.
Viene chiesto un deposito cauzione di 100€ in più rispetto al prezzo pattuito, a cui vengono detratti alla fine 10€ per il lavaggio auto.
L'auto Alfa Mito aveva i suoi chilometri e diciamo che sta giungendo al suo termine, ma abbiamo viaggiato serenamente facendo quasi 730 km.
Si è accesa una spia una volta ma l'assistenza ci è stata d'aiuto e ci ha detto che cosa fare prontamente.
Consiglio vivamente se si vuole risparmiare.
