The traffic fine was issued by the relevant authority after we had already left the location; therefore, we cannot be held responsible for it. We would also like to inform you that you refused to come to our offices in Tirana, and we made every effort to find a drop-off location as close and convenient for you as possible, as a gesture of understanding.
You mentioned that you paid for a hotel/delivery service; however, this service is not available or listed on our website, which clearly shows that your statement is not accurate.
Regarding the condition of the vehicle, no complaint or report was made during the entire rental period regarding safety or performance issues. However, for the past two weeks, you have been posting comments on several different websites.
If the vehicle had truly been unsafe, as you claim, it would not have been possible to drive it at a speed far exceeding the legal limit – for your own safety – since it was recorded that the vehicle was driven at 147 km/h in a 90 km/h zone. We have informed you about this three times.
According to the rental agreement, the return time was 11:00 a.m., but the vehicle was returned at 12:30 p.m., without prior notice or an apology for the delay. Although we had the right to charge for an additional rental day, we chose not to do so, as a sign of goodwill.
